Family and Friends,
Welcome to the latest incarnation of Ryan and Eric's friendship on the blogosphere. We have attempted to blog together before - most notably in the summer of the 2004 (our failed Two Kingdoms blog which unfortunately failed to garner much of an audience in either kingdom).
This blog will cover a range of topics (theology, politics, culture, our personal lives etc.) through the lens of the biblical doctrine of vocation. You might ask, how does one define vocation? Our first series of posts will attempt to answer that very question. Once we understand what vocation is and how that understanding can help us in our own struggle against the flesh, we will begin to take a look at how understanding God's work through vocation might help us think through some of the bigger problems out in the world today.
